You will find several kilometers of labelled Nordic Walking courses of every kind of difficulty.
The length and degree of difficulty offer hiking opportunities from beginner to professional.

In Neuschönau, there are several training courses with experienced Nordic Walking guides by the week.

And you can even borrow Nordic Walking Sticks in the Tourist-Information Center (3 Euro/ day)
